Create webhook in Easy Pay Direct
1. Open the Easy Pay Direct dashboard. Then click “Settings” in the “Options” menu.

2. Click on the “Webhooks” link in the “Transaction Options”.

3. Then click the “Create” button.

4. Now, you can see the form. You need to fill in the inputs.

Add Recover Payments webhook URL
Open the Recover Payments app for the endpoint URL.
Click the “Settings” link. Please select “Easy Pay Direct” as a “Payment Provider”. Then click the “Copy webhook URL to the clipboard!” button.

Come back to the Easy Pay Direct dashboard and paste the webhook URL you copied into the “URL” input.

Finish webhook setup
Click these events in the available events for subscribing.
- “recurring.subscription.update”
- “recurring.subscription.delete”
- “transaction.sale.failure”
- “transaction.sale.success”

Then click the “Save Changes” button.

Add Signing Key to Recover Payments
You can copy the “Signing Key”.

Come back to the Recover Payments app and paste the signing key you copied into the “Signing Key” input.

Add fiels to API response in Easy Pay Direct
1. Click “Settings” in the “Options” menu.

2. Click on the “API Configuration” link in the “Transaction Options”.

3. Click the “Use custom format” option. Then Drag and drop the “Subscription ID” and “Recurring” fields to the area of the Fields Returned.


4. Then click the “Save” button bottom of the list.

5. After that, click the “Ok” button.

Create API key in Easy Pay Direct
1. Click “Settings” in the “Options” menu.

2. Click on the “Security Keys” link in the “Security Options”.

3. Click on the “Add a New Private Key” button.

4. Fill in the “Key Name” input. For example, you can write “recover payments”.
5. Click the “API” checkbox.
6. Select a “Username” in the options.
7. Click on the “Create” button.

Add API key to Recover Payments & connect
When the page reloads, you can copy the “API key”.

Come back to the Recover Payments app and paste the API key you copied into the “API Key” input. Then click the “Connect” button. That’s all!
